1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tm15.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online gaming website accessible at https://tm15ph.club. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service offered by tm15.ph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register an account.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed for and directed to residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. tm15.ph makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual person may hold only one (1) tm15.ph account. Holding duplicate accounts — whether under different usernames, mobile numbers, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

2.4 Restricted Persons. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of tm15.ph and its affiliated entities, software providers, and payment processors are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any real-money gaming on the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 KYC Verification. As required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines, tm15.ph applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time password (OTP) with any third party. tm15.ph will never ask you for your password through any channel. You agree to notify tm15.ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. tm15.ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tm15.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your tm15.ph account within minutes of authorisation. Bank transfer deposits are processed during applicable banking hours and may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. tm15.ph does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verified, standard withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. GCash withdrawals are typically credited within one (1) hour of processing. tm15.ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. These limits may be adjusted by tm15.ph at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. tm15.ph is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's AML compliance framework. Suspicious transaction reports will be filed with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or financial crime will be frozen pending investigation and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires a verified account in good standing. tm15.ph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable. 5.3 Abuse and Misuse. tm15.ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of a software error or loophole. Any winnings generated through abusive bonus play may be forfeited.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generators. All RNG-based games available on tm15.ph use certified random number generators that produce outcomes independent of previous results and immune to manipulation. Game outcome integrity is maintained through software audits conducted by accredited testing laboratories.

6.2 Return to Player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-run averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. RTP figures are accurate and provided by licensed game developers.

6.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, game round, or connectivity failure, the results of affected rounds may be voided. tm15.ph's determination of the outcome of any disputed game round, made in good faith and based on server-side records, shall be final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tm15.ph and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information;
• Attempting to circumvent or exploit the Platform's software, RNG systems, or bonus mechanisms;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cooperative cheating in multiplayer games;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform's normal operations or harms other players;
• Registering or operating more than one (1) player account.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on tm15.ph — including but not limited to the website design, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the property of tm15.ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tm15.ph content without prior written authorisation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any tm15.ph intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tm15.ph's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10.2 tm15.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if tm15.ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 tm15.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that internet-based gaming involves inherent technical uncertainties beyond tm15.ph's control.

11. Termination and Suspension

tm15.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or harm to the Platform or other players; (c) regulatory or legal obligations require it; or (d) the player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy. Upon closure for breach, any balance attributable to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances arising from legitimate play will be returned subject to completed KYC verification and applicable withdrawal procedures.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or tm15.ph's internal complaints procedure. PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures shall apply to disputes within the scope of PAGCOR's regulatory mandate.

13. Amendments to These Terms

tm15.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification or email to the registered address on file, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
